All units are $100 (Duplex $180), 3 night minimum, no cancellations. (If we are able to rent the room after a cancellation, you will not be charged.)

General Info

Our cabins and lodges are historic buildings located in a state park setting with a scenic view of the lake and Elephant Butte. The lodge provides more comfortable hotel-like rooms with furnishings and decorations and the cabins provide a more rustic camping-like experience. All units are modernized with running water, electricity, bathrooms, heating and cooling units, and towels and linens are provided. Most people come here for our location right on the lake with easy access for fishing and boating. The rooms do not have conveniences like telephones and TVs.

Lodge Details
Most rooms are about 20' X 20' (Rooms 7 and 8 are about 15' X 15'). Some antique furnishings are
available like chairs, luv seats, cabinets, nightstands, garment racks, trunks, dressers, coat racks
and alarm clocks. The rooms have ceiling fans, too. All rooms have bathrooms with toilet, shower, sink.

Cabin Details
- The 1 Room 1 Queen rooms are about 15' X 15'
- The 1 Room 2 Queen rooms are about 18' X 18'
- All rooms have shower, sink, toilet and are minimally furnished with some dressers, nightstands,
   tables and chairs.
- Kitchenettes have a gas range, small fridge, table and chairs. Some gas ranges need to be lit
   carefully with a match with the knob on low. Pots, pans and utensils are not provided.

General Details
- No smoking in any rooms, outside on patios/porches is okay.
- Pets are only allowed in the cabins, but you should clean up after them.
- No open fires or charcoal grills are allowed due to fire danger. Propane grills on the porches
   are okay. You can have open fires on the beaches which are close to the cabins.
- Bonus: Lodgers get free overnight boat parking at the marina, no hookups, parking only.
   Our $5 per person per day fishing area on the dock is also available free to lodgers (8AM-5PM)
- Checkin time 2:00 PM, Checkout 11:00 AM.
- Check in at the Marina Store which is open 8AM-5PM. If you will be arriving later please call
   to arrange after hours checkin. You can checkin at the store before 2:00 PM to pay and get
   your keys and overnight parking permit, however you cannot enter the unit until 2:00 PM to
   ensure adequate time for cleaning staff to clean rooms.
- When you checkout you can return the key to store, or leave the key in unit and lock door
   when leaving. $25 fee for keys that are not returned or left in the room.
- Your lodging includes an overnight parking pass, so a daily park pass is not needed.
- No tents allowed around the cabins.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM-8:00 AM.
- 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. If we do not receive notice within 24 hours of 2 PM checkin and
  are unable to rent the room to someone else, you will be charged for that night.
- Two cars per cabin.
- Trailer parking is available in the lot on the north side of the entrance to Dam Site Resort.
